I attempted to contact both casinos Tuesday for a reaction to the claim by Chris McCosky, hoping for a statement, but I never received a response. And MGM Grand Detroit spokesman Jamaine Dickens also said Iverson has not been banned from that casino and added he is unaware of any behavior problems involving the athlete at MGM Grand. April 15, Detroit Free Press: Greektown casino spokesman Riley Meredith said Iverson has not been banned from the casino, nor did he know if Iverson has ever been warned about improper behavior at the casino. However both the Detroit Free Press and Sporting News are reporting that the two casinos are denying that claim. ![]() In Tuesday's Full-Court Press we reported that Chris McCosky of the Detroit news wrote that Allen Iverson was banned from two Detroit-area casinos, MGM and Greektown. ![]()
